How does your work connect to iScribe's mission or what impact do you hope your work has on physicians, healthcare teams, or patients? 

Demonstrate to providers and executive leadership teams how to improve their overall workflow to improve provider burnout, increase health care organizations bottom line, and improve patient outcomes to aid in better care. 

What inspired you to join iScribeHealth? We'd love to hear the story.

I was inspired by iScribeHealth's mission and what they stand for as an organization first and foremost. Additionally, being a spearhead for AI within the healthcare space is a really exciting opportunity and organization to be part of. 

What skills or experiences do you bring to your role that help you succeed here?

I have a vast background in sales, customer success, and account management within the healthcare space for over the last 10 plus years. Specifically, in my last role, I had a heavy involvement in EHR management, coding, revenue cycle, and cloud-based solutions. This background gives me a unique skillset that I can really expand upon here at iScribeHealth.

As someone new to iScribe, which of our core values has resonated with you the most so far and why?

I would say, 'cares deeply' really resonates with me the most so far. Not only does this core value mirror my personal values, but we have to continually remind ourselves on why we do what we do- to overall improve providers day to day roles, so we can set them up for success and in turn improve the patient's outcome and experience.  

If you could instantly master any new skill, what would it be?

Speaking multiple languages

What's your favorite way to recharge outside of work?

Spending time with my family and friends. During the summer, you cannot beat a pool or boat day! 

What motivates you to do your best work each day?

The direct impact that my work will have on the healthcare experience by improving the doctor patient connection, solving complex issues, and driving innovation.
