How does your work connect to iScribe's mission or what impact do you hope your work has on physicians, healthcare teams, or patients? 

Providing AI native ambient scribing to healthcare practices brings us back to a more natural healthcare experience. Providers didn't learn medicine so that they could spend copious amounts of time on charts.  On the other side patients want to be heard and reassured, and the modern healthcare experience leaves too much lacking.  iScribe is bringing back the personal conenction in healthcare.

What inspired you to join iScribeHealth? We'd love to hear the story.

I've spent over a decade in healthcare IT, specifically in specialty EHR, practice management, revenue cycle, and patient engagement solutions.  Most tools benefit one stakeholder or another. iScribe has measurable impact on the entire healthcare environment and the technology excites me in how it gives providers more face to face time with patients, gives them time back in their day, and improves operations in a healthcare environment. 

What skills or experiences do you bring to your role that help you succeed here?

10+ years in clinical IT solutions sales experience. Deep understanding of clinical operations, RCM, patient experience, and enterprise growth. 

As someone new to iScribe, which of our core values has resonated with you the most so far and why?

Customer obsessed-Putting clients first is paramount.  Providing not only a phenomenal solution, but giving clients a "wow" experience is incredibly rewarding.

If you could instantly master any new skill, what would it be?

CAD design.  I love building things.

What's your favorite way to recharge outside of work?

Building and mechanics. I thoroughly enjoy maintaining and building my cars and motorcycles, renovation work on my house, and anything i can do with my own hands.  That is if i have any free time after spending time with my kids :)

What motivates you to do your best work each day?

Making my wife and children proud of me.
