We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative with at least one year of experience in lead generation for a healthcare technology company. This individual will be the first impression of the iScribeHealth brand. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are a must. You must demonstrate strong persistence in connecting with busy healthcare practices and physicians, maintaining constant contact. You should be creative, forward-thinking, and willing to explore all options to help build the top-line funnel. A general understanding of different EMR systems and how technology integrates is essential. The solutions you offer will play a vital part in the daily lives of medical professionals.
This is a Full-Time position that will work from our office located in Nashville, TN.
· Research and identify prospects using sales engagement platforms such as Zoom-Info, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
· Find creative ways to get in touch with prospects.
· Craft personalized emails and messages to capture the attention of a prospect and set up a call.
· Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, or other methods.
· Follow up on emails and conference prospects.
· Maintain persistent and strategic outreach to connect with busy healthcare professionals.
· Provide Account Executives with fully prepped leads by gathering all necessary information for an effective demo and presentation.
· Schedule calls and meetings for Account Executives.
· Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in lead generation for a healthcare technology company.
· Communication: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Technical: General understanding of different EMR systems and technology integrations.
· Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, product demo tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
· Creativity and forward-thinking approach to sales development.
· Great research and adaptability skills.
· Resilience in sales outreach and prospecting.
· Effective outreach skills via phone, email, and social media.
· Salesforce experience is desired but not necessary.
